As an educator of 29 years, and a ministry partner for approximately the same, I haven’t come across a book that has provided the extremely powerful spiritual information, and inspiration that this book brings to the reader. The well-researched background knowledge alone creates the ability to read and expand one’s knowledge base of the scriptures. This book is well-crafted because the author has dedicated his second chance life, labeled that because he has done some of his first works over as a spiritual man, leader, worshipper, and true believer is the power of what God can do when you yield to His call and allow His Holy Spirit to lead you. Over and beyond was this author’s desire to write. His pastoral ministry was executed powerfully, prior to his retirement. His refined skill of documenting, researching, and his quest to be a great writer, is exhibited in the book in a way that any reader can enjoy, including those who are not necessarily religious or spiritual. However, for those who are spiritual, it leaves a call to action in the extraordinary role we play in our own healing quests. For all, it is an excellent read.
The book. This book. This book should be read only by those who are in a quest for healing, available for yielding to healing opportunities and ready for a divine life-changing experience! This book creates an atmosphere of welcoming oneself to an incredible journey that is extremely personal and developmentally critical as you encounter the biblical experiences that will provide a call to action disposition of what you can give as your part in your healing journey. Secondly, the book provides the opportunity to learn through these experiences and can be a catalyst in sharing with others who have questions surrounding various types of healings. The unique opportunity to take an in-depth examination of specific biblical healings, one by one, questioning all aspects of the healing, and documenting the divine intervention, miraculous works, and the “HOW” effect, leads every reader to examine their life walk, demanding a different approach to our thinking and belief systems. There is no, I walk away after reading this book, without an important and vital call to action. The additional touch of the prayers integrated in the chapters creates the opportunity for every reader to uniquely experience an enlightening spiritual call to action, for your part in your healing. You cannot lose because you can begin a newly empowered journey to healing.
This book is a work of the heart and soul of a man who desires to the deepest core of his being, to enlighten others with an opportunity to experience a journey that brings about change and purpose, which helps you live a life full of healing for whatever one might need in life’s journey. This work was beyond words, powerful and meaningful in my journey through recovery from cancer. It became personal as I read. The book leaves no way out in the responsibility of having a part in any individual healing journey.
